ketosis ?

Hi all,
How long does it usually take to get into ketosis? I,m hoping i'm in it today...feel great Have so much energy today, ive gone through the house like a dose of salts, 3 loads of washing done and pegged out also. Is this what ketosis feels like? I havent had this much energy for as long as i can remember

Sounds like you've hit it baby! Lol - yeah that's what Ketosis feels like - I remember it from last time. I hit mine on day 4 - so that's tomorrow for me this time round. A good check - does your breath smell odd? Not nasty but just different? If so, that's a sign you're in ketosis. Keep up the good work hun xxx

Yes my breath smells sort of sweet ....i love this feeling! Who needs prozac??
