Anything that basically is some sort of pink is in. The darker it is doesn't make a difference, it's usually a case of dehydration as opposed to "better" ketosis, so as long as its not that peachy colour you're all good!
I get a metallic taste at the back of my throat, and don't feel hungry, and become no longer preoccupied with food. Up until ketosis it seems I notice every single piece of food on TV. For me it usually starts on day 3 or 4.
