How do you know your in ketosis? For deffinate does everyone get the same symptoms d

I found the hunger is the first thing to disappear then the headaches then when you're feeling good again that's when you're in ketosis.
You can buy ketostix from your pharmacy to test for ketones in your urine so you can be sure, I've never bothered with them though.

I don't feel hungry and a headache has started I feel so tired but it doesn't feel so bad I haven't totally lost the hunger every so often I can feel a rumble but it's ok x maybe I'm starting it slowly then as my head feels like it has a lead weight on it hahaha but I'm only on day 3 and I've just had a sneaky peak on the scales and was almost crying (8lbs) xxx but I won't be dissapointed if it stays at 8lb I just think loosing that in 3 days is amazing
