I know that you can buy wee sticks to test if we are in Ketosis but my pharmist gave me ones called DIASTIX these test for glucose are these the wrong ones???

i use ketostix they test for ketones in you wee not sure if the ones you have been given are the right ones x

Doh!! im stupid went down to my pharmacy and got the right ones and according to them im in ketosis wondered why i cant sit still !! so much energy i dont feel tired yet with the ammount of sleep i got last nite probably hit me later!!!
