Hey my Ketostix says Trace 0.5 what does this mean? Im on my 4th day of SS+/810.

hey there,
i dont know about the traces but i do know that if its pink then you are in ketosis,which id say you most likely are as you are on day 4,

Trace 0.5 is the first palest pink reading.

Thanks I was a bit worried that it needed to be darker pink....should i be working towards the darker pink though?

the darker pink means you could be a bit dehradrated and should drink some more water. So the light pink is perfect. Well done
