Just did my ketostix test and it says ++ which is moderate? Is this good for day 3 or do i still have a long way to go? x

That sounds to me that you are in ketosis, well done. If it gets too dark it usually means that you are dehidrated...so your reading in fine.

Well i thought I was in ketosis and toddled to the chemsit to ask if they sell the sticks of which they did. Horror of horrors I am not in ketosis but on the other hand these sticks are "multi-sticks" and I am not diabetic. Drinking water like a camel now in fact my stomach resembles a camel's hump. Hey ho life can be brutal.

I would have thought that 6l should be max for females who arent overly active - too much is a bad as too little so I've been told
