Im very new to this, and have only been on CD two days. I have some Ketostix and tried them on day one - and it was the neutral colour. I tried again today - y second day and it was the pinky colour - fourth on the colour key on the side of the tub. What does that mean? Sorry to be a bit thick :wave_cry:

Pink shows keytones, dark pink means you are a bit dehydrated, thats how it has been explained to me.....if you do it in the morning then it will be darker, should be a bit lighter in the evening after your water intake

Thanks for that quick reply. So should I always be a shade of pink?
