Well another good day tod! :) , think I will have gone over by about 3 once i've had my tea unless I have something else later! I've been on shift with my ww buddie tod, haha it's all we talk about when we're on together! It keeps me motivated tho! We even have our skinny cupboard at work for all our ww goodies! :) ! I've told her about this forum n told her to join too! people at work think we're mad, we call eachother skinny!!! haha mad!

Gonna go on treadmill later when I get home, burn some cals xx

Breakfast ..... oat so simple porridge pot =5

dinner .... 2 slices wholemeal bread =6

total =10 ( bit overboard on snacks tod):(:(

so this is saturdays food diary,21/08/11- had a bad day snack wise, just couldnt stop eating. had the munchies big time!! but it was only sat so had a few days to make up for it before wed weigh in! it's my day off wed so i'm gettin weighed wed mornin this wk!- don't have to starve myself all day then! haha

so here goes :sigh:

breakfast - 2 belvita yog biscuits =6
milk in teas's =2
malteaser hot choc drink =2

total = 10

dinner- tikka chicken on warb wrap with light mayo n salad = 8
pom bears =2

total = 10

tea- asda carrot n corriander soup=5
2x wholemeal bread =4

total =9

snacks :sigh: = alpen coconut n choc bar=3
greggs sausage roll =9 ( they had them at work n kept staring at me all day, by 9pm i had given in!!
flump twist = 1
wotsits =3
ww mallow =1
mini cupcake =4 ( fella mum made them so its a guess but wern't very big!!)
total = 21 pp!! good god way too many on sncaks :mad::mad::mad:

12 weeks I've lost a stone in total:)

I'm having problems at the mo trying to get the balance of exercise/eating all weeklies!!!!!

I've got a dairy have a look if ya fancy and any ideas or opinions I'm open to them.

Wow that's brill, yeh I'll take a look! I always eat my weeklies! I try not to but never ever works! Suppose that's what they are there for! Xx
