Well looks like pics n nando's on the cards later! Dint really want to eat out cos I'll go into my weeklies but suppose Nandos is better than most places point wise! Has anyone got eating out guide? If u could tell me points of things xx

Thanks chick, ended up having chicken pitta, which I think is 12 plus salad, which for some reason is 1 :-/ god knws why tho cos had no dressing so prob just gonna put 0! Did have mayo tho cos I can't have salad plain!! Xx

Yeh it was lovely, although I wish I could have had what my fella had, double chicken wrap, corn on cob, chips n coleslaw! Haha (pig) ! surprisingly I was full after tho! I was good at pics too, he had sweet popcorn n full fat coke ( dnt u just hate men!! ) while i had a bottle of water!! Go me! Went to see inbetweeners, dnt knw if u like that kind of thing! Was Sooo funny tho! think I'm a big kid haha.
Also just been on treadmill for half hr! I WILL LOSE THIS WEEK! Xx

I was watching the one last night where they do duke of ed experience in the old people's home, soo funny :) cinema near me was fully booked last night :( x
 
Yeh we were gonna go last night but thought it would b packed with it being orange wednesdays aswel! I never used to watch it, my fella got me into it! Havent seen them all! Xx

breakfast/dinner scrambled egg ( one med egg and two egg whites = 3
2 wholemeal toast = 6

milk in tea's =3

total = 13

tea = nando's chicken pitta = 12
leafy salad = 0
mayo ( can't have plain salad!) =3

snacks = coconut n choc alpen bar =3 ( yummmmmy)
melon= 0
apple= 0
flump twist= 1

total= 4

todays points =32/29
weeklies used =3/49
weeklies left =46 :D:D

Also went on treadmill for half hr n burnt 400 cals!!:bliss::bliss::bliss:
