Don't know if anybody knows syn values of these but kfc are now doin grilled chicken in 3 forms salad twister and a ciabatta burger.the burger has cheese a ciabatta bun and 2 pepper mayo ...and still comes in at I don't have it with me but sure was about 400 calories..the twister even less and the salad is about 100 ish It is a lot healthier any ideas on syns I can get nutritional values tommorow but maybe somebody has them already could be less calories if asked for less pepper mayo or without cheese on the panini ...most stores have sachets of light mayo anyway...definitely a healthier option if eeting out
