Hi guys


My hubby is pestering like mad to go to kfc but I don't want to blow a huge amount of syns.

If I remove the skin off the chicken, would that be free. And also I have the beans and corn, would these be free? I will have to take my willpower to avoid the chips and gravy tho

I had a look at their website (never having been to a KFC I didn't really know what they do) and they seem to have some very nice salads which you could have without the dressing. Take the skin of the chicken and there would be no, or minimal, syns.
