Kick up the arse

    Started really well but this last week have let it all slip which showed in a gain of 1.5lb's. It has given me more motivation than any weight loss that I have had......... gonna loose at least 2lb this week to take me to a stone :)

    Wow, your losses so far are excellent and its great that you are using the slight gain to help motivate you. Don't be too dissapointed if you don't get the 2lb loss next week, our bodies can do weird things sometimes. To get your stone award in a few weeks is fab :D
