i have been reading alot of food diaries on minimins and have finally plucked up the courage 2 register and do my own. i started pro points on sat 7th jan,so am still quite new to it all. so any tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. :). i am a 27 yr old mum of 2- my little girl is 2 & a half,my little boy is 16 months,so ive got my hands full! i really dont have alot to lose,just the baby weight really.

as im new to all this i got abit confused and i added all my food diary to my blog frst,then realised i was writing it in the wrong thing! lol. but now ive written it all in the right place.....i think!

i wanna lose about a stone,but that might be abit optimistic,after all,the last time i was 8 stone i was 21 and hadnt had 2 kids! lol. but at the moment im just taking each day as it comes. :)
