Brunch - weatherspoons piri piri chicken skewers with peppers and boiled rice (7 syns for oil and piri piri sauce)

Dinner - Chicken, Ham & BBQ sauce pasta bake with pasatta, leek, courgette, peppers, carrots, peas and cauliflower with hex a reduced fat low low cheese with 1 x small brown bread

Drinks at night out - 2 x small glass sparkling wine (9 syns), 6 peach snapps & diet Irn Bru (27)

L - Homemade Lentil, Chickpea & Chilli soup - (With chopped tomatoes, chick peas, lentils, carrots, courgette, red onion and chilli's)

S - Fruit salad (Same fruit as above)

D - Pork stir fry with lots of stir fry veg & Boiled rice in soya sauce and spices

S - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea cheese triangle and ham

Sunday 21st April 2013 - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea cheese triangle, beans, tomato, Quorn sausage x 2 (2 syns), Quorn burger x 1 (0.5) and 2 rashers bacon with no fat

D - Quorn Spaghetti bolognase (Pasatta, chopped tomatoes, courgette, carrot, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, thyme and oregano) with a small baked potato and cottage cheese with spring onions in it

Dessert - well i resisted the strawberry cheese cake everyone having and had a chocolate eclaire (88 cal - 4.5 syns)

Supper - small bowl my soup i made earlier - lentil, chickpea & chilli

Honestly they were so loud today lol typical day im up alone!!

23 April 2013 - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and two poached eggs with mushrooms with green tea

S - orange

L - Lentil, Chickpea & chilli soup and a treat size curly wurly (3.5)

S - fruit salad (Same as yesterday minus orange as i ate it)

D - Petes peanut Chicken curry (3 syns as divided by 3) served with sw chips and lots of veg in it such as mixed veg (Carrots, Peas, Cauli), Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions

Syns - 6.5

Also going to a zumba class after work for 1 hour before WI tomorrow

Just typed up a shopping list for my mum for this months shop they going on of a list of things i can eat haha saves me buying so much each week!!

Today is WI day im so nervous as iv been so good but feel iv gained :(

D - Tuna salad (1 syn for mayo) before wi

S - Toast with hex a cheese allowance and possibly an omelette with mushroom, pepper & onion
