L - pot noodle golden wonder (4 syns) Beef and tomato and 200g pineapple

D - chicken with parmasan and pesto pasta (No idea how many syns bf making me dinner for first time :) with roasted vegetables peppers/red onion and carrots (10 syns for dish???)

Drinks - 4 x vodka diet irn bru (10 syns)

Syns - 24 syns
Weekly - 29 syns

Dinner was gorgeous on friday he made an effort to select food that goodish on diet :)

No idea how much for pesto/parmasan? 10 syns it wasnt alot!

I took a flexi syn day and estimated around 50 syns i dont think it was over 50!!

Sunday 13th November - EE

2 x white bread (10 syns), sausage (10 syns), bacon and egg

L - carrot and beetrout soup from new book (Didnt like it so not having rest)

D - chicken curry with lots veg (3 syns for sauce)

Weekly - 102 syns so a bad weekend for me but doing no syns till wi! and i can manage as prepared food diary for next few days :)

straight back on the band wagon.

Defo going to be a gain on wednesday but ill live. Feeling much better but still on penicillin.

Monday 21st November - EE

L - greek salad and prawns with sweet chilli dip (2syns) with apple

D - spaghetti bolognase, with chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions.

Supper - 2 x white bread, butter and 2 boiled eggs (15 syns)

Syns - 17 syns
Weekly - way too many but iv been ill

Arghhh still finding it hard to get back on track!!! After class wed ill be 100% till then try not be too bad
