I have been reading through everyone's SW food diary and they have reali inspired me. I have decided to do a food diary too, mainly to keep me on track and keep me focused. 2011 is the year! :eek:

Green day:

Breakfast: 2x Weetabix (HEB)
Semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Banana

Lunch: Pasta, Quorn balls, Philedelphia- chives (3syns),28g chedder cheese (HEA)

Tea: Homemade stew, ketchup (2)

Snacks: melon fruit pack from tesco. Toffee mulleright with crumbled mini meringue (1)

Total syns: 6

My weigh in is on Thursday morning, really hoping 2c a loss! :D

Breakfast- 2xWW bread (HEB)
1 Egg (fryed in fry light)
Banana
Skim of butter (2)

Lunch- Baked Potato
28g cheese (HEA)
Bacon
Side salad
Garlic mayo (1)

Tea- pilau rice (1.5)
Chicken
Onion
Curry sauce (6)

Snacks- Berries and grapes

Syns used: 10.5

Tuesday 11th jan =) green day!!

Breakfast: 2xWW brown bread (heb)
1laughing cow light (part of hea)
Banana

Lunch: baked potato
Baked beans
2 quorn ham & LCL cheese triangle (hea)

Tea: pilau rice (3.5)
Quorn chicken pieces
Onion
WW tikka masala haf the jar (6)

Snacks: steamed hot milk (hea)
Shot of Starbucks carmel syrup (1)

Total syns: 10.5
Mood: feeling good, but still a tad hungry! Is it normal?
