I have been reading through everyone's SW food diary and they have reali inspired me. I have decided to do a food diary too, mainly to keep me on track and keep me focused. 2011 is the year!
Green day:
Breakfast: 2x Weetabix (HEB)
Semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Banana
Lunch: Pasta, Quorn balls, Philedelphia- chives (3syns),28g chedder cheese (HEA)
Tea: Homemade stew, ketchup (2)
Snacks: melon fruit pack from tesco. Toffee mulleright with crumbled mini meringue (1)
Total syns: 6
My weigh in is on Thursday morning, really hoping 2c a loss!
