Hi all

Today is my first day on Slim & Save. I have bought a 28 day supply to start off with and am 100% committed. I will be using 4 packs a day.

Im currently 96kgs (15st 1lb) and hoping to get to 68kg (10st 10lbs)

I have been a yo-yo dieter all my adult life and have tried most of them. I think this one wll suit me better as I know all I need to eat are the 4 packets a day.

Ill be using this diary for myself and will record an entry once a day on how its going and how im feeling. Please feel free to add/post any comments.

Im actually really feeling motivated at the moment and long may it continue.:)

Great attitude. I just decided to take it one day at a time and I am already on day 33 already. Surprisingly I am really enjoying it and will probably continue until goal which will be longer than 12 weeks.

Just stick with it 100% and you will lose the weight
 
Thank you Hamish's Mum. Sorry for the delayed reply. I signed up to the site yesterday and was having trouble naigating the site and couldnt find this post! Trial & error i guess.
I think the forum is great, sometimes just checking up on the site and seeing how everyone is getting on is good motivation.
 
Day 1 - Complete
Feeling okish. Went to bed hungry last night but woke up feeling good and not hungry at all.
I drank 2.5 litres water and had
Tomato Soup
Lemon Yoghurt Bar
Macaroni Cheese
Caffe Latte Milkshake

The mac cheese was really nice. I had it on its own but it would be even nicer poured over some cauliflower too. I think I added more water than i should as it was quite 'liquidy' but I still ate it all because I was starving!
Caffe Latte milkshake was really nice. I blended it up with crushed ice and was good. I was curious if this would be nice with hot water to make a caffe latte, has anyone tried?

Today im feeling really tired, im hoping this will pass as i know the first few days are the hardest. I must resist any urges, my problem at home is finishing off the kids plates after dinner. I'm a terrible picker.

I have a trip back home to NZ at Xmas and this is one of my main motivations other than for health reasons to lose some weight. Its been a couple of years since I have seen everyone and I know although people wont say it, they'll be thinking 'ooo hasn't she put on weight' It shouldn't bother me but it does. The weight loss will also help me get my confidence back and get me back to wearing some nice clothes as at the moment I wear black as i feel 'safe'

Todays Menu is
Strawberry Milkshake - just had it yummy!
Chicken Soup
Chilli - with some of the 200g veg allowance
Praline Choc Bar (I have chopped this up into little pieces and put into the freezer - it looks lot this way, feels like more of a treat)
