knee braces for running

Hi there been thinking of getting a support for my knee as after prolonged exercise then rest ive been getting really bad knee pain. From what ive read i need some kind of patella support but im not surrle what to look for or what kind are any good. any suggestiins?

Ooh I'm not help but I'd be interested to know too. I have been running for a couple of years and beginning to feel a bit of pain in my knees when road running. I have a brief look at the support things in Boots but didn't really know where to start.
