Knorr packet & red wine help, thanks!

Hey, how may syns in a packet of knorr pepper cream sauce (85g) and also the only small bottle of wine I found is a red rioja at 13% (375mls), how would I syn this?

red wine = 175mls = 6 syns so just over 12 syns for the bottle

not sure about the knorr sauce, will go check

the packet sauce doesn't come up on the syns calculator (but the Chicken tonight peppercorn sauce is 23 syns!!!!!)

Thanks for your help twizzle. Mmmm I wonder, it's one of those packet sauces that u add water to. It makes 560ml and per 100 ml it's 50 calories and 2g fat, 1 sat fat - I may just have a wee bit and count it as 2 syns? xx
