Hi - hoping for advice...
Just joined my local gym after a few weeks trial and after logging into the member's area, I was alarmed to see all the body pump classes are booked right up.
I put myself on the waiting list for a few but how likely is it that people will cancel - is it worth just turning up and hoping for a cancellation?
Alternatively, does anyone know when they release new classes? Every day or at the start of every week?
