Lack of sleep on Herbalife???

Hi, anyone else find they only sleep about 4/5 hours on Herbalife??? Is this normal?? I'm struggling to find info on the Internet.

I hope it stops me from sleeping.. I'm like a cat I must sleep at least 17hrs lol x

I'm finding on the days I have the tea it takes me forever to get asleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night I can't get back to sleep!

Must be the caffeine in the tea, how many in the day do you have
