Has any one taken lactulose for the evil constipation?
Will it take you out of ketosis?
Mom tried dulcolax but had the worst stomach cramps the next day.

I took it on Thursday night before i went to bed, had to leave work early yesterday because of the pain i was in, nevertheless i had a good ahem... clearout

wont b trying that one again, lol

I used to take lactulose when i was pregnant, not sure if its allowed on CD tho'

I dont think lactulose is allowed, as it ends on 'ose' which indicates a sugar. Sorry!

Movicol is wonderful stuff though, it's my fave laxative when ssing. Goes straight through you without being absorbed, carries water with it then rehydrates the stool so a natural movement occurs. ie no lazy bowel like other 'stimulating' laxatives. You can get it over the counter but must ask for it.
