The day went really well. The service was lovely and there was a brilliant turn out. He would have been chuffed that so many people came to give him a great send off. It was obviously a very sad day and I just can not begin to think what my Nan is going through. They had been married for nearly 54 years. She did so well today and we are all so proud of her.

Thanks again everyone. Once again, this site has shown what lovely people there are in the world.
