welcome aboard, just try and rest as much as u can and get a few early nights,soak in a nice warm bubble bath... drink at least two litres of water a day and make sure you have three shakes a day to help keep your energy levels up. first few days affects everyone differently and hopefully you will be ok, just keep paracetamol handy in case of headaches. before you know it you will be feeling on top of the world and losing the weight that you want to lose...good luck.
