Large kick up the bum needed

Didnt go to class last night as knew I'd put on again (I know I still should have gone). Really need to start doing it for real. Am off to the gym this morning and starting the c25k plan (on the treadmill, will progress to proper running when I get better). I know how to do it, its just putting it in practice that I'm finding hard at the minute:asskick:
 
I seriously need a good kick up the rear!! Im surprised its took me this long but last week and this week ive gained when I was aiming for my stone award, I dont know what to do anymore feeling very rubbish right now but know am going to wake up tomorrow with new motivation!!!!
Keep going hun I will be we will get there x
