I really fancy attempting a lasagne this week, they never seem to come out tasting good for me!!
There is a pork mince one in the book but I don't eat pork so wondered if anyone had a low (ish) PP one with steak mince.

Just use the same recipe, replacing pork with steak mince hon. You can calculate the difference in pp by working out what the pp are in the relevant quantity of pork mince and checking the difference with the mince you want to use.
