Was just looking back at my notebook and saw that the day before i started doing VLCD i ate all the following in the space of one day - it was my "last supper" which turned into several meals:
1. 3 pieces of KFC original recipe chicken
2. KFC mini-fillet
3. McDonalds Miami burger
4. McDonalds small chips
5. McDonalds onion rings
6. 4 bottles coke
7. Medium dominoes pizza
I can hardly believe that i actually ate all that. I wouldn't even attempt it now if i were to go on a binge, i'd probably be really ill just having the pizza or a single burger as i haven't eaten a meal in so long.
