How are you today anyway? Sorry I have not been about been really busy lately so much going on I dont know if I am coming or going.

Thankyou Maggie I have gone down from size 28 to size 20 clothes since may. People are starting to notice now which gives me the incentive to carry on.:D Anyway the kids have all gone off to the land of nod so I am going to take a well earned relaxing bath while it is quiet. I wont be on tomorrow morning but I will be lurking in the afternoon. Take care have a nice night, night night.
