Last question.. How long for 2st to come off

I have weighed myself this morning and am 2st heavier then when I came off it last time and I was happy with that...this time going further but stil can't wait for this 2st to go.

I lost 12lb last week,do you reckon I can do this other 3 stone but the middle of november or is that just pushing it lol

I think you can, 12lb is an awesome start, just keep going and drinking lots of water. well done.

hey cddg, i think the average is a stone a month isn't it? but you have had a fabulous start so you never know, (as long as those choccy biccies don't get in your way!)

I took 6 weeks to lose 2 stone.
