Late Night Weigh In –*how do you do it?

Hi Everyone!

Weigh in each Tuesday at 8:30pm...

Now, I know we all weigh ourselves as soon as we wake, but does anyone eat before a weigh in? Does it make any difference?

I went to the gym before weighing in and was told you are heavier after exercise! :eek:

I weigh in at 9.30 am but get up close to 6.30-7 ... I dont eat or drink anything before i weigh in! never have, i take food to the meeting and eat it there like a banana

My mum does sw and weighs in late, she doesn't eat/drink after 2/3pm ..

but obv theres not a right or wrong way to do it, but chose one way or the other and stick to it
 
your best to do the same every week to get an accurate result.
I weigh in at a meeting betweeen 4-7 every wens and have dinns after.
Once i went to mcdonalds before wi and put on 5 pounds :O
next week i lost 7 pounds so it was just the meal :/
 
i weigh in at 6.30....try not to eat after 2.30-ish. I do have a cuppa and a snack about 5 like a WW choc roll which is light.
 
I weigh in at 6.30pm, I usually have tea about 5pm.

I'm going to start having tea when I get home though as I've noticed I weigh a bit more if I weigh soon after eating x
