LauBrides food diary - goodbye 2 stone!!!

HI everyone

im laurie and I'm gonna start my own diary to try and keep my self on track. I'm pretty new to SW although I kinda get the gist of it. I did attempt it a few years ago but I didn't really grasp the concept of portion control and over ate free foods but now I'm going to try and do it properly.

i recently tried calorie counting and lost 12lb which I've put 5 back on grrrr so here we go. I know they say Xmas is the worst time t start but I'm determined and if I don't start now ill just put on half stone over Xmas.

Im going to write everything down from today... Only started yesterday. Please please feel free to keep me on the straight and narrow, advice very much needed and wanted.

here goes:

Breakfast
2x small brown bread (Hexb)
2x poached egg (free)

Ill updated the rest later.

Time to get ready to go on my placement at a school... 30 x 4yr olds. Wish me luck
