Laughing cow triangles

Have these kicking around in the fridge and I reaaaally fancy doing some sort of cheesy pasta dish with a load of veggies thrown in and was just wondering if anyone had any recipes?
I just really want something cheesy gooey and comforting!

Ya know what makes pasta cheesey and gooey? Cottage cheese! You can use that along side the laughing cow triangles. Delicious!
