Well i had intended on going on slimming world but so far havent started it and instead i seem to be calorie counting which isnt something i enjoy doing.
I really need to write things down though which is why ive started a diary. Ive had 2 gains in my 2 weeks of dieting, so im either going wrong somewhere or the fact that im now doing exercise is playing a part in it.
Day 1 - Wednesday 6th June
3 x Cadbury Creme Egg - 175 = 525
Meringue Nest - 55
King Prawn Wonton Soup - 88
Greggs Sausage Roll - 360
2 x White chocolate chip cookie - 510
Chicken -170 ish
250ml Korma Sauce - 423
Rice - 215
Half Garlic Nann Bread - 180
2 x Glasses of Pepsi Max - 3
Total = 2529
Daily Total = 2540
Remaining = 11

1.5 mile walk
