1/9/14 Lunch: 1/2 spitroast chicken (skin off) Rice and salad Ginger and spring onion sauce (3) and low fat vinagrette (1.5) Pepsi- friend accidently gave me pepsi not realising from the machine looked online and it looks like 8 syns for half pint Tea: gammon (fat off) butternut squash chips and mushrooms Syns:12.5 Weigh in: 6lbs off!!!! :) xxx

Ah thanks :). Glad i lost that 1stw eek is always the worst isnt it :).

Breakfast: HExB 60g wholemeal
2x eggs
Mushrooms
4xbacon fat off

Lunch: spinacch, passata, pasta, fat free cottage cheese and boursin (3)

HExA: 40g low low cheese

Unfortunately left half and my stomach decided it didnt want it either....:-( didn't touch the cheese so i'll try HExA again later.
 
Tea: chicken (skin off) pots, sweetcorn, runner beans and butternut squash

Rice pudding: HExA: 250ml ss milk

Aldi lolly (2) curlywurly (6) and a fruitopolis (0.5)

Total syns : 10 (only counting half my boursin from lunch as left near enough all of it :-(! And threw the rest up!

Tea: chicken (skin off) carrots, broccolli, runner beans, peas, sweetcorn and roast potatoes

Xhicken breat, 3x portabello mushrooms and sw chips
28g mayflower curry (5)

McDonalds grilled chicken & bacon salad (1.5)
