Today I had my ultrasound scan to see what has been causing my abdominal pain. It turns out that my contraceptive coil had moved and almost perforated my uterus. So I have to go to the doctors to have it repositioned.
I'm just glad that I know what has been causing it.
On the plus side...my scan showed no ovarian cysts :) so they seem to have gone.
I lost 2 stone last year so I don't know whether that's helped.
Food today is not very healthy as felt a bit achey after the scan so when OH suggested bacon and egg muffins I couldn't resist...but it's all pointed so that's good :)

I'm going to try cough to 5k soon...i downloaded it but just working up the courage to go for a jog lol x
 
Just had my dinner as I'm supporting at our youth group this evening. Made a flask of soup to take there with me so that I don't snack when I'm there.
Had my coil replaced this morning. Hurt so much more than last time but hopefully this one won't drop down.

Yesterday I went to the local children's farm with my godson, best friend and sister. It was a really nice day.
Weigh in this morning and only lost 1lb. Bit disappointed...but decided that even if the weight comes off slowly at least it's coming off. Now that my coil has been refitted I can up my exercise.
