So yesterday and today were pretty much write-offs. Yesterday I had a meeting at the hospital about my husbands passing 2 years ago. It was for me to get some answers that I realised I needed. And it was even more emotional than I thought. And today I've worked from 9am and just finished at 9pm...so diet collapsed as we had to snack on party food because we did a disco for the young people we work with.
But im going to draw a line under it and start again tomorrow :)

So I've stuck to points but am going to track them properly starting from tomorrow as hard to point today. Had to work at a forum for young people so ended up just snacking for lunch etc.

So back to pointing today for me. Had weigh in this morning and gained 3lbs but that's to be expected really as I've had over a week of not really pointing for various reasons. But definitely back on it today!
