Laura's Summer Slimming!

Well hello again...sneaking back in! Been so AWOL and without beating about the bush just not been on plan at all recently....disgusted to see the numbers on my scales so much that I haven't even updated them here, I might do so in a few weeks. So this is the line drawn:

I feel huge, things don't fit properly and could cry when I see photos from when i was lighter so now that my insulin pump has settled down a bit (I am 6 months in now with it!) there's no excuses, I need to do this!

So last night I went out a run for the first time in a while (god, so unfit too!!) and planning the gym tonight if I can fit in in before OH's football at 8....if not will do a DVD at home.

I know what worked last time and so I just need to stick to it, I really want a good loss by Christmas which is 12 weeks away...obviously have some socialising things on in December too but will try to minimise damage! Thankfully have a quiet October so far anyway after a crazy few months of weddings, nights out, weekends away....!

So yes, who's with me on the Christmas weight loss mission - 12 weeks, how many lbs?! I am hoping for at least 21lbs.... 1.5 stone....that will have me back to a much happier place! Then after Xmas into next spring and summer the final stone?!?!

God it sounds easy when it's written down doesn't it?!

B - mullerlight & an apple

L - spicy chicken cous cous salad, 2 boiled eggs, strawberries

D - garlic chicken, peppers, courgette, onion and butternut squash chips

Snacks - small bag popcorn (need to find out these syns but it's pretty low cal and carb so can't be too high?)

HeA - milk in tea
HeB -

L - 2 pumpkin ryvita (HeB) with ham, cherry tomatoes and sugarsnap peas

D - Onion, tomato and cheese omelette

HeA - Milk in tea & cheese in omelette
HeB - ryvita

Snacks - apple, popcorn bag (morrisons multipack, need to check syns today)

Welcome back gorgeous! I know how you feel - I've been well and truly AWOL too! Have a hen do in 2 weeks and so wish I was a stone lighter than I am! But all we can do is move forward.

Food is sounding fab and I have absolutely no doubt that you can make tonnes of progress by Christmas.

Wednesday already eh! And OCTOBER! Crikey, this year is just going so fast. Food today so far....

L - think going out for a work lunch so will try to have a jacket potato or soup!?

D - smoked paprika chicken casserole with possible SW chips and green beans or broccoli, can't remember what is there!

L - Carrot & BNS soup, wholemeal wrap, apple

D - Turkey steaks in light philly pepper sauce, griddled courgette, jacket potato & little butter (2)

HeA - philly in sauce

HeB - wrap

Syns - nature valley oats and honey bar (9.5) - eeek at the syns in this, it did taste SO sweet though so figured it'd be high! Won't bother again....
 
Haven't had a minute the past couple of days to update, the weekend wasn't awful but wasn't great either...I need to remember to log on at weekend to keep track!!

Work is incredibly busy as we have so much going on at the moment, working late the past 2 nights but have updated with food over past couple days now....been keeping on track.

Going to make my weighing day a Friday I think, as I have much more time those mornings to remember!! Will see where I am at tomorrow but quite a few hypos lately too which has been very annoying, need to adjust insulin down a little I think, this is so confusing on my pump sometimes!!
