Laurenista's from Flab to Fabulous Diary

    Started on a fast forward plan yesterday, for those of you who haven't heard of this its a rigid plan from slimming work which is only given out if you are really struggling to move that weight. I am allowed 19 units a day, this controls my daily calorie intake and will hopefully get my weight dropping off again.
    So here is my Food Diary for yesterday

    Breakfast- 2 slices of nimble wholemeal with 1 level tsp of jam on each and a medium banana= 5 Units

    Lunch- 1 slice of nimble wholemeal with 28g of reduced fat cheddar and a small salad= 3 Units

    Dinner- 113g of prawns, 57g of brocolli, 57g of babycorn, half a red pepper, 28g of dried noodles. 1 tbsp of dry sherry and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
    113g of raspberries and 4 tbsp's of fat free fromage frais= 8 Units

    Snacks= 142ml of skimmed milk= 1 unit
    1 bag of salt and vinegar french fries= 2 Units.
    Drinks= 500ml of water morning, afternoon and evening. 2 cans of Diet coke, 2 coffes (made with milk from my 142ml) and 2 glasses of Ribenna really light.= 0 units.
    Daily Units= 19

    Day 2 of fast forward
    Breakfast- 1x 42g crumpet toasted and spread on 1 level tsp of jam. = 2 Units
    Lunch- 2 slices of nimble bread with 57g of chicken mixed with watercress and 1 level tbsp of extra light mayo. a side salad of lettuce, cucumber and tomato. = 5 Units
    Dinner- 57g of pasta (dry weight), 198g of chopped canned tomatoes, 6 button mushrooms, 1 small onion,1 clove of garlic, mixed herbs, 2 celery sticks, 1 medium courgette, 1 half pepper and 10 olives.
    1 55g pot of cadbury light chocolate mousse.= 8 units
    Snacks- 2 satsumas= 1 unit
    142ml of skimmed milk=1 unit
    1 sachet of cadbury highlights and 2 chocolate fingers=2 units
    drinks-500ml of water morning, afternoon and evening, 2 cups of coffee, 2 cans of diet coke, 1 ribenna really light with hot water.
    daily units= 19

    Okay so had a major trip up today and really need some support to get back on track!
    I need to get straight back on it helllpppppp!!!!!!!!
