Hi everyone!

Well this is my second attempt at WW, after a very half hearted first attempt about a month ago now, that ashamedly only lasted 2 days before I resorted back to my binge eating ways!

So I re-joined tonight with one of my close friends, and will be attending the weekly meetings and have a monthly pass so I can access e-source and so on..

My starting weight is 14 stone 7.5lbs, and goal weight is 9 stone.

DAY ONE -- So far so good.. Having a great first day, feeling positive and motivated & it's a really nice feeling! I do admit that after waking up from an afternoon nap with my LO earlier on, the first thing that crossed my mind was food & the want for chocolate and cheesecake.. But quickly got up and made a healthy omelette for lunch instead :)

Today's food diary is as follows, even though the day isn't up I always like to plan in advance..

Breakfast:
Banana -- 0
40g Mornflake oatmeal -- 4
284ml skimmed milk -- 3
100ml skimmed milk in coffee -- 1

Lunch:
3 medium eggs -- 5
100ml skimmed milk -- 1
30g tesco reduced fat grated cheddar -- 2
2 slices tesco light choices crumbed ham -- 1
WW rich toffee chocolate bar -- 2
WW creamy chocolate whip -- 2

Dinner:
300g Aldi free range chicken breasts -- 7
Aldi garden mixed salad -- 0
45ml Hellmann's fat free vinaigrette -- 1

Snacks:
WW rich toffee chocolate bar -- 2
Options Belgian hot chocolate -- 1
Apple -- 0
