Still maintaining my weight this morning :-/ decided I've not drank a lot of water this week and I've had zero Superspeed, so gonna push it today! :p

Yesterday's food diary: ( only allowed myself max of 9 syns)

Breakfast: banana, Hi Fi Bar

Lunch: roast pork dinner with cauliflower, snap peas, broccoli and potatoes. Gravy (4 syns) cauliflower cheese sauce (2 syns)

Supper: leftover cowboy hot pot I froze

Breakfast: banana, melon( 2 servings)

Snack: 2 x babybel light ( leaving rest for a bit of cheese for dinner)

Lunch: coley and mash

Dinner: 3 egg omelette, with green pepper, spring onion, onion, bacon, cheese and ham. Lettuce

Snack: whole meal roll with ham, lettuce and spring onion. Strawberries (2 servings) 2 boiled eggs. Banana. MullerLight

I suppose I technically had my first Red Day yesterday??! Wahoo! I had some mashed potato but it was only a small amount so I'm counting it!

I've decided I'm going to from now on do a red day on Mondays and Sundays! See if it boosts weight loss!

I'm pretty sure I've done Red Days accidentally in the past. Doesn't surprise me that it works, unlimited potatoes and rice and pasta being excluded must make a massive difference!

I am LOVING omelettes, so maybe Mondays can be Awesome Omelette Day and Sundays...well I'll have to think what I'll do that is super filling! Perhaps it can be jacket potato day, I guess I'll have to make it the one day to measure! I'm not keen on the whole measuring thing it sounds like effort :-/

Lunch: carrot and lentil soup. Melon, apple and strawberries

Dinner: chicken korma from the book. With brown rice. 7 syns as I had full amount of coconut =D it tasted AMAZING! So worth it.

Lunch: Harvester meal. Flame grilled chicken. Plain jacket potato and 5 serving sizes of salad (2 servings per bowl) corn on the cob and pineapple chunks for dessert.

Dinner: chicken and salad (kebab but minus the pitta and sauce)

Just checked and my guess was right! 8 syns for a large chicken kebab (meat only) from takeaway.

Will prob have a small one next time for 5 syns...very happy with the 8, was scummy ^.^

4 slices of whole meal (2 HeB + 6 syns) with scrambled egg, bacon and spaghetti hoops. (Pictured....was beyond yummy!!!!)

Dinner: Thai dinner. I am counting about 20 syns for this.

Cookie - roughly works out to 17 syns at the most. 13 at the least. So 17 it is!


Is our anniversary, and have banked about 45 syns this week, maybe more! Aiming to food optimise at the restaurant for dinner still but it's Caribbean food so can have sweet potato mash, grilled chicken and only few syns will be the sauce :)

One slice of brown bread (3 syns) with scrambled egg and 2 x plum tomatoes. (Breakfast at ASDA so only white or brown to choose from booo) White melon chunks.

2 x banana and 9 strawberries. 1 kiwi

Lunch: ham sandwich - whole meal bread (HE b) with lettuce, spring onion and cheese (HE a). Muller light vanilla+choc yoghurt

Dinner: chicken and bacon omelette with spring onion, green peppers, mangetout, onion. Lettuce on the side and a corn on the cob

Wow, Saturday night was hard!! Really felt the munchers but fruit didn't appeal to me like it did Friday night. Even tho I feel unsatisfied I made it through to bed time. I know I could have made myself noodles or pasta but didn't want to waste the food and even tho it's free...eating that sort of thing on a whim still isn't good in my mind over Superfree.

Sunday is a new day though! I'm gonna have fruit, green tea and mullerlight. See me through to the salad my mum is making for lunch and then the roast dinner I want to make. Going to try make myself some syn free stuffing! (hE b)

I dunno, weekends are always the worst! I want to gorge on a big pack of Doritos and pasties! >.< My next weekend off that me and DH have a sit in day, I may succumb to Doritos and dip with some saved syns! I just want them so bad, but this week I really want to finish what I've started :)

I've had chocolate this weekend which was SO good! And kept to my 7 syns a day!

I'm SO hungry!! Dinner wasn't satisfying at all, I think fish and jacket potato will be no more! It just doesn't work. I'm gonna make a light chicken curry next time to put on jackets and grated carrot. I'm just not full at all and I really wish I could eat some pasta or noodles now lol. I know I can but don't wanna bloat out before weigh in! :)
