Having a toby carvey tonight :S and Ive just eaten 2 thortans chocolates, damn mum bringing them home from the 50% sale LOL

Im guessing 1 PP each..

so that leaves me with 17 for dinner - with around the same amount of weeklies left too... although it is weigh in tomorrow :/ eeeeeek!!!

My plan is to drink water and go from there LOL !

I lost 1 and a half lbs at weigh in, That toby carvery did worse than expected :(
Feeling a bit shitty about it tbh, been causing arguements with the bf all day - for no reason just feeling a bit meh :/

Stop beating yourself up! The weight loss is brilliant. You had a carvery AND lost weight! Be proud!!!!!

I know, i just feel like, YUCK! haha
I think i should have said no to carvery and i would have lost more :( i know its good i still lost, i just cant realise that! lol :( xxx

Ur tryna lose weight but h need to enjoy life aswell hun. Don't forget that. I think my reason for failing n givin up do many times in the past is coz I cut out living as well. It's not like u hav carvers every day. Make it a monthly thing to look forward to. Then y can lose weight. Feel great. N enjoy having carvery :)

yeah i know i need to learn its a journey and not a day trip LOL an old slimming world leader said that to me LOL !

I just felt like id worked hard for nothing! i know i need to get over myself, just having a very self loathing day- i need to snap out of it soonish- otherwise I wont have a boyfriend left to moan at! LOL xxxx

Well done on the loss hun, just think over the month if u lost that it's nearly half a stone, 5 wk month over half :) xx

Today has been the most emotional day ever! I dont know whats wrong with me i'm just an emotional and hormonal wreck! Anyhow heres todays diary

Golden Syrup oat so simple with ss milk (6) - wasnt worth the extra point! LOL

Salad Cart-Salad, Pasta (2) bacon bits (2) roll (3) butter (2)

Can you tell I love the harvester! LOL I need to stop with the roll and the pasta with my salad ! Too many points !
And the mcflurry, well wasnt worth the points, however it was needed as comfort LOL I was a crying mess and my friend took me to the drive through LOL ! Such a good friend ! I would have prefered some chicken nuggets to dip in the ice cream though ;)

Awe hun hope your feeling better I get these random emotional days, uni is hard and sometimes hormones play havoc, I love dipping chips into a McDonald's milkshake people think I'm weird ha ha not that I've had a McDonald's in a long time.
 
Ive been like this for a couple of days, one minute im okay then just really low and shitty. I think its where obviously before i was turning to food , i jusut didnt notice it , but obv now i cant LOL! I also think it may be where as you say i'm stressed etc!

Yeah I love it, my bf loves double cheese burgers in banana milkshake - that however is where i draw the line- its rank and it smells awful too! LOL I need to stop eating out as much, but its all my friends do to socialise! Its crazy! I cant imagine dropping more points and being able to eat out! xxxx

Yea me n my friends were eating out 2 n 3 times a week this time last year. Had to put a stop to it. We might meet for carvery dinner every second r third Sunday now but that's about it. N that's suits my WI too coz I WI on Saturday so hav the week to pull it back :D

I know as I only see my partner weekends he likes to eat out but I've had to stop it as well and have it more as a treat, but my friends like to as well but we have started cooking at their houses now all o my friends are thin as well and do not have to worry but they are pretty good and eat healthy with me. Hope today is a better day for you

thanks for all your support :) today has been a MUCH better day :) think i just needed to gte it out my system ! LOL... Had my exhibition at uni today so eating was a bit speratic, and not the best- but hey ho! Fitting it in with my life ;)

As i say today was a bit weird but hey hoe, i stayed in points and was lovley - shattered though.
Doing some training for my new job tomorrow, so def going to have porridge before i go as i dunno when ill be able to eat.
