Lean steak mince

Hi,
Couldn't find extra lean mince tonight to make spaghetti Bolognese so used lean steak mince with less than 10percent fat, anybody any ideas how many syns.

Just looked beef mince less than 12% fat is 2.5 syns per 100g.

Thankyou, obviously ex lean is best and free but don't suppose the damage is too bad. Thanks for looking. X

For a while I used lean mince and classed it as free until a girl at my class explained otherwise! Those weeks I was still getting a 3 / 4 / 5 lb loss. I doubt you ate all the mince to yourself!! Youll have spread the syns across the meals :0)

I have always used lean mince and counted it as free and still lost. I'm not condoning it as I know it's wrong but I cook for 4 adults and 2 children and can't justify the £3.99 for a packet of mince that won't even feed half of my family.

It's the only thing that I 'cheat' on tho.
