Ok people, been back and forth for a couple if years and yo-yoing like a crazy woman!! But this time I'll do it (I hope) I don't know if anyone will read this and they don't have to its just to keep myself on track and its more embarrassing to admit on here iv slipped up so that may be motivation!
I was stubborn, have tried and tried to follow the plan at home.. I know exactly what to do and what to eat but the motivation just isn't there so next Thursday I'm returning to my meeting.
I was at goal but I'm a couple of lbs over so im gonna try and shift them before next week so it will be free (times are hard)
Sooo as of tomorrow I will log everything I eat and drink into here follow if you like this could get interesting.... lol
 
Good luck! You sound just like me.....i'm forever going back and forth but really determined to make it work this time.

Thanks Lisa, its awful isn't it. I guess we really do need the meetings, I have no idea how people stick to doing it online or going it alone its far too difficult. Good luck to you too skinny land here we come ;) x

I'm trying to go it alone lol signed up online which is a bit easier cause you have to track your weight once a week.

Just done my first week and lost 2.5 pounds! What day do you weigh in?

I don't have any time to go to a meeting...all the ones around here are in the evening...don't think my 3 kids would be too impressed with me dragging them there lol

My boyfriend just treated me to a KFC to i thought ahh well it's early onin the week i'll just dip into my weeklies

Worked it out as:

Wicked Zinger burger - 13pps
Large fries - 11
2 Hot wings -6

Not too bad! thats only 1 over my daily allowance andthere's plenty of fruit in the house if i fancy snacking later - see you can treat yourself :)
