Mommy B cycling 2x10 min sessions per day-day 1 done (and an extra 5 mins)

Fuzzyzella ~3 Aerobic sessions=3 Done,6 Miles Running = 9.8 Miles Done + 7 x½hr wii fit sessions =5 Done.:crazy:

Vodaka999 - 1 hr each day on Wii fit - Changed to use the wii fit every day :D

Trash - 25 miles per week = 0 done

I'm itching to get back but still hobbling around - its sods law I finally find an exercise I love and get into it and then have an injury which is dragging on for like forever - have given in and made an appt at docs for Monday so will see what she has to say. Hopefully I'll be back again posting on this thread soon!
