I forgot to post in here! Another pound down. I have now lost 1 stone I am very pleased with that. Another 8lbs to go.....

Thanks Keisha. Well, I still have a little more to go after the 8lbs i think but I will decide that once I get there. You are doing really well....you will be at goal in no time the way you are going

1 lb gone this week (although only 1 oz from it being 2!). had a really good week this week Only 7lbs to go now. Suddenly my goal feels within reach
