Lea's Weight Loss Journey - Cannot believe WI today...

Glad you are feeling better Lea.

Dont feel too disappointed with yourself, look how far you have come xx

Awww Lea i can totally sympathise with you and the tonsils! my eldest had this 3 weeks ago, which cleared up with antibiotics but she now has a thing connected to the strep bug :( .

glad your feeling a lot better xxx

Hi Lea, so glad you're beginning to feel better. Don't worry about the WI result moro - you've done so well over the last few months! If the scales do show a little gain well heck its been christmas and the new year and you've been poorly. Am 100% sure any squatters will be gone by a the following WI. Take care and dont go over-doing it to quickly xxx

Good luck Lea even if its a gain you are still my favourite (I've been trained by Brucie on strictly)

Take care

M

howd you do, Lea? xxx

Morning Lea,
How did you do at your wi today? x

Morning - sorry I am later than usual....work is very busy!

As expected a gain..... 1.5lbs to be exact. not too happy but not too bothered either. Quite a success I would say lol.

Back at work now so back to it 100%...that'll be gone by next week I hope. :)

1.5lb not to bad ... put it down to xmas :) ... heres to next week :)

I would of thought that was great for this time of year hunni, it will be gone again by this time next week.xx

Thanks guys. You are right. Had i not been watching what I ate and ate as normal I would have gained the usual 7lbs lol! I am quite proud of myself really. Back to WW 100% now so hope to be rid of it by next week.

B - Oats so simple (3) and snack a jack (1)

I'm so going to do this! :D

Well done 1.5 is great for a post-christmas WI and like you say a darn sight better than a 7lb gain! You'll have that 1.5 off in no time!

1.5 lb gain with time of year and you laso being unwell is great, so well done you. Good luck for this week. xx

Well done Lea. Its a gain but an improvement from your normal xmas gains. Shows you how far you've come so well done again. Good luck on your 100% week ahead.

If there was a prize for the smallest gain over Christmas and New Year - you would be well in with a chance.

1.5lbs is manageable and not enough to throw you off course.

Great for getting straight back on track....(now, where did he hide those choccies?????):D
