Left over roast chicken?

I did a roast chicken dinner yesterday and have quite a lot of chicken left over but can't decide what to make with it. I always seem to make risotto with the leftovers but had risotto twice last week and I'm a bit risotto'd out.

I'm good at cooking, just useless at thinking of ideas! What would you make with it?

chicken chow mein with noodles and veg - free on EE
Chicken Fried rice although tbh not too fat off risotto
Chicken and veg curry - make the veg and curry part and throw chicken in near the end
Throw it into veg soups for protein addition
Mix it with EL mayo for low syn sandwich filling
Add to pasta for pasta salad?
Chicken and veg pie topped with potato - EE?

I pulled the wee scraggly bits of breast meat off my roast just there, kept the legs for a meal later/tomorrow, but I diced it, mixed with mayo and diced a HEA of cheese and fired it onto rolls for husbands lunch.

I had left over roast chicken yesterday, and as I had all my syns intact, made up a chicken supreme with rice for 4. With the pint of milk and 2 tbsps flour - it synned out at 7 syns each, and was packed with sweetcorn, peas and mushrooms.
