leg pain

I've not had it personally but I've seen people that have, could be possible cramping through dehydration - are you drinking your 4 litres a day?
 
I did get stiff muscles for a few weeks but wouldn't call it pain really. Maybe it's something not related to LL? Do make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

ps. You don't have to drink 4 litres anymore (but I still just about do).
 
or could it be cramping due to too much water - lack of salts?

I seem to be more prone to cramps when I'm exercising, prob due to low salt. Other than that I haven't had leg pains.

Really? I always thought it was LL law to drink 4 litres, when did it change? would stop me going like a racehorse every half hour.
 
Think it was a while back now. I've just come back onto abstinence and they say drink to thirst, at least two litres a day.
I'm peeing for england still as I need 4 litres to stop me feeling so thirsty all the time!
