Hi all

Well this is day one of my weight loss journey, and I am approaching it with a healthy dose of positivity!

This mornings weigh in has me sitting at 86.8kg, and my goal weight is 70kg. I am 32 years old, mum to 3 full on boys aged 11, 9, and 6, and married to a wonderful supportive man.

I have done this all before having lost 30 kilos following the birth of my 3rd child. I was successful at maintaining my weight loss up until a year ago when I was raped, subsequently my world came crashing down, I stopped taking care of myself, and my weight has piled on.

After some counselling and a heap of soul searching I am finally back to a place where I am ready to value myself again, and regain what was taken.

For me it will be a combination of healthy eating, lots of exercise and some natural remedies such as cider vinegar and coconut oil.

I look foward to getting to know you all, and sharing the highs and lows of the journey ahead.

Hi onegirlarmy, welcome to the forums. I'm sorry about what happened to you.

You will find alot of help and support here, with plenty of advice and tips. Healthy eating and exercise is the best way to go when it comes to permanent weightloss.
